The “Stopwatch Game” is a digital campaign designed to attract new customers, drive repeat business, and collect customer contact details by creating a fun, rewarding experience.

There are multiple ways our Stopwatch Game can be deployed in marketing campaigns  for a drycleaning company. Here is a list of potential ways  how our concept of Gamification could be implemented as a marketing strategy:

1) Attract new customers with viral potential

    • Social media contest: The game could be a campaign promoted on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The competitive nature of the game encourages social sharing, as users post their scores and challenge friends to beat them.
    • Local advertising: QR codes could be placed on flyers, in-store signage, or targeted ads, leading users directly to the game to play for a prize.

 

2) Convert game players into new clients

    • Tiered rewards: Different levels of success in the game correspond to different discounts.
    • Perfect Timing (10.000 seconds exactly): The highest prize, such as 40% off a first order or a free premium item cleaning, is given to players with a perfect score.
    • Close enough (plus or minus .25 of a second). Players within a small window of the 10-second target time get a solid offer, such as 20% off their first order.
    • Participation Prize: Everyone who plays receives a small, entry-level discount, such as 10% off, to at least encourage a visit.
    • Capture customer data: players can enter their email address and/or cell phone number. This game can assist in building a drycleaner’s email and text messaging list for future marketing campaigns.

 

3) Drive repeat business and customer loyalty from current customers

    • For existing customers, the game can be integrated into a fun and engaging way to gain more business, pieces, sales and orders.
    • Bonus points: Players with a high score could receive bonus loyalty points, moving them closer to their next reward.
    • When a customer gets a “perfect” score, a special or major or exclusive offers could be awarded (like a flat screen T.V.).
    • Timed offers: The “urgency and excitement” of the game are a great way to drive action. The discount code or speacial prize received from the game could have a short expiration date, encouraging customers to return to redeem their prize quickly.


These are just a few ways you can use the Stopwatch Game to increase engagement with your customers. It’s a fun and unique way to encourage customers to return quickly and more often, with larger orders and generate more pieces and sales.
